We The Revolt is where faith meets the work of raising leaders and restoring neighborhoods. We are mentors, pastors, artists, attorneys and fathers, and we work in Miami, Chicago and Houston.

Our mission

Strengthen families. Develop leaders. Restore communities.

We help young people take responsibility, learn to lead and build a life that holds. We meet them and their families at the moments that decide things: in a classroom, at a kitchen table, in a courtroom, at the gate of a facility.

We do it through programs, through Defining Narratives, our curriculum institute, through films that change what young people believe about themselves, and through grants that fund local leaders already doing the work.

Through structured engagement and sustained relationships, we work to shift trajectories. Not through rhetoric, but through disciplined, measurable action.

How we work

Close to people. Serious about results.

We work through established access points in the justice system and in the community, and we partner with courts, prosecutors, schools, churches and employers.

Partners receive what they need to know, like attendance and progress. What a young person shares with a mentor stays protected, within the limits of the law.
