Our work · Community

Strong men. Steady homes.

Fathers restored to their children, young men formed by Christ, and young people ready to work, manage money and lead.

Why it matters

A generation raised without a map.

Too many young men grow up without their fathers, and too many of those fathers were raised the same way. The cycle is not a character flaw. It is a wound passed down.

We offer a picture of manhood rooted in Christ, and the practical skills to build a life on it.

Programs

What we run.

Fatherhood

Men returning to their kids with humility and a plan.

Mentoring, reconciliation, co-parenting and the slow work of earning trust back. Taught through Legacy: Young Fathers.

Biblical manhood

Responsibility, self-control, service and courage. The manhood of the Gospel.

Brotherhood and accountability through The Hunt.

Workforce

Credentials, first jobs and mentors who stay through the first months on the job.

Employers who believe in second chances, and NCCER vocational certification.

Financial literacy

Budgeting, credit and saving, so a paycheck turns into a future.

Taught in the Defining Narratives core program, with a stand-alone course in development.

Leadership development

Youth, young adults, and the next public servants and attorneys.

Internships, mentors in the field and real responsibility, so young leaders from these neighborhoods help shape what comes next.

Mentorship

Men who keep showing up.

Mentoring is the thread through every program we run. Our mentors are screened, trained and committed for the long haul, not a single visit.

The word we stand on

He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents.
