We The Revolt helps make films with production partners because some stories need to be seen: the Hip Hop Hope docuseries, Normalized, The Ritual of Manhood. Production Assistants keep a shoot moving: hauling gear, managing release forms, logging footage, running for coffee, and treating every person in front of the camera with dignity. No film school required, just reliability and a willingness to learn. Shoots that involve young people are supervised by cleared staff.
